Cleaning food tanks and tank containers

Automatic PLC-controlled cleaning operations guarantee the appropriate quality in our dedicated food washer.

The physical properties of the food to be cleaned and the individual needs of our customers determine whether the given operation includes steaming, disinfection or other special quality control.

All cleaning is done with specially softened drinking water.

We store the data recorded during cleaning (duration, water temperature and pressure, and chemical), so we can provide the documents to our customers at any time.

In consultation with the manufacturers and our suppliers, a HACCP system has been introduced at our head office, which we cause to be reviewed annually by an appropriate certification body.

We undertake the cleaning of the following food products from tanks:
  • fats and oils
  • milk and milk products
  • juices and concentrates
  • chocolate and cocoa mass
  • glycerol and lecithin
